Gordon Composites™ Thermoset Laminates & Barstock
These continuous fiber reinforced materials produced in a proprietary pull-forming process feature glass or carbon fibers pretensioned and aligned to maximize the mechanical properties of each fiber for lightweight yet strong laminates and barstock that hold up to extreme and demanding applications. Examples include automotive structural components, prosthetics, snowboards, diving board springs, and concrete repair & reinforcement.
A sampling of standard laminate and barstock materials are listed in the table below, and customized versions are also available. Contact Avient for information on our full line of standard and custom Gordon Composites materials.
